Mindful Eating

Still giving mindful eating a try, and feeling like it's full of promise and will yield to real results. But not so much yet. I did great on weight control during my active holiday, but a rash of bad health soothed with ice cream had predictable results afterwards.  But still working on this mindfulness thing. And it is work, not some kind of natural intuitive just do what I feel like sort of thing.
More later some other time.  Life continues to happen even when I'm not planning for it.

Glad to see this, and know what you mean. Very reassuring that you are posting a chart!! Yell if we can help, know we think of you. We're stripping wallpaper over here, finally ordered bathroom vanity, but we never know how much physical labor will take out of us, so not really making other plans.

Struggling with exercise as I am busy at both work and home, but went back to trainer, and trying to attend spin and Pilates classes. Does not feel routine. Also food weird because we're going low sodium. Sigh.

But nothing actively bad going on, and glacial progress is better than none. Excelsior!

Hi Nan. I keep coming by to check for another post, so glad you are back! Miss your voice. I'm sorry you weren't feeling well. It is natural to want to self soothe then. Hoping you are having lots of nice summer moments and that your doggy is ok, too. Love, Alice
