Power Outage Diet

Breakfast: half a spinach omelet & sausage from Whole Foods
Midday: unfrozen grilled meat extravaganza- lamb chops and chicken sausages
Supper: mozzarella sticks & hot fudge sundae at Friendly's

I'm off to work today and had planned to start tracking w WW again. I should be able to make better choices downtown than around here.
